With the advancement of technology, more experts stand out and make their pitch. However, in most circumstances, public intellectuals tend to stand on the big crowd's opposite side. Though public intellectuals may be considered "party pooper"(Mack), their critical thinking that often initializes public awareness is primarily an influential aspect of broad democratic and social debate. Furthermore, if we look back on the history of human knowledge development, which keeps upgrading and perfecting from errors, people should be grateful for those "poppers."

As an example of a typical public intellectual, David Autor was born in 1967. He pursued M.A. and later acquired Ph.D. in public policy from Harvard University in1994 and 1999, respectively. After completing his Ph.D., David Autor was hired as an American economist and economics professor at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT) in the year 2020. He was promoted as an associate professor in 2003 before achieving tenure recognition in 2005 (Svorenčík, 2014). He has also been working with different institutions parallel to his position, such as the National Bureau of Economic Research and IZA. David Autor is acting Co-director of a school of effectiveness in the same university. He is a specialist in labor economists, and he has led different researches concerning the global economy and technology revolution (Acemoglu & Autor, 2011). Therefore, he was an expert on economics and psychology, and he evaluates economics concerning the relationship between human capital and the essence of American distribution of income.

David Autor is one of the remaining American public intellectuals who have a hard-working labor economist in the profession. He is well known for demonstrating civic religion through profound American secularist. He uses his scholarly expression of research to expound technological changes and globalization across America. David Autor has amazing productions and conversations that influence topics in contemporary America on various media platforms (Acemoglu & Autor, 2011). Every American seems to be finding his or her own way of public intellectual to endorse as a contemporary American democracy. The reaction of his conclusions sets on a wide range of technological influence. Based on his reactions to globalization, Davis Autor maintains an interest in public intellection performance and justifies it through being much active in social media (Acemoglu & Autor, 2011). As the world population grows, people require technology, and David Autor expresses public intellectuals as the current thing in the United States. He explores the generation as favorable influencers of globalization and perception of world society, politics, and cultural factors (Acemoglu & Autor, 2011). According to his capability, there is no doubt that David Autor deserves to acquire a public intellectual title.

David expressed in various achievable public discourse demonstrates personality associates with the intellectual. The distinction of matters that David Autor presents is justified as important for every time and is highly regarded as one of the current American scholars. His concentration is more crucial in securing the social, economic, and political globalization context. Exemplary, under artifacts of an Empirical Exploration, he expounds about the skills content of the current technological dynamics (Autor 2008). His acknowledgment of building the current technology has helped the contemporary U.S. from shifting from individualism philosophy that is based on computer concept. Under his public intellectual ideology under The Quarterly Journal of Economics, he developed a concept showing how computerization changes job market skills demand (Autor, 2003). Davis Autor argues that regardless of technology achievements, computer capital has been replacing employees' performance in terms of manual tasks and cognition explicitly. Besides, the idea is to view shows that complement employees conduct non-routine problem-solving and complex tasks through communication. The ideology was based on change essentially that was derived or withdrawn from the philosophy that influenced reduced labor and affected the contemporary United States.

His argument touches the education groups, industrial revolutionists, occupations. The contemporary U.S. looks that way to understand how to make work easier, but Davis Autor translates the factor that shifting manual input routine into computer technology demand education. He shows that 60 percent of labor is shifting based on the related demand (Acemoglu & Autor, 2011). According to David Autor, truth happens as an idea with the understanding concept of the computer as shifting different labor theorem into complex demands (Autor, 2003). The debate of David Autor seeks achievement continuity with transcendent public intellectual discussion. He embraced realism and expectations from what he calls the central organizing framework. He also performed the elaboration of voluminous attributes in his recent literature to demonstrate his public intellectual justification in the study of changes (Acemoglu & Autor, 2011). David expresses changes in return on knowledge through the evolution of capitalism under the conical model. He shows how capitalism is powerful and elegantly operates the demand and supply for skills. According to his assumption, he argues how the contemporary society across the globe conducts different substitutable tasks and produce distinct goods (Autor, 2003). He then presents technology as a factor-augmenting concept across the global community.

Based on his argument on the job and earning implications, he expressed the skills, technologies, and tasks as significant declining wages of low-earning workers in the contemporary United States. Non-monotone alteration in salaries and wages at various parts of income distribution is a factor the David Autor emphasis. He shows the importance of adjusting to technology and the effects on modern society based on low skills. His vision is currently viewing the American society with the public intellectual eye. Technology is a worthwhile future, but David poses various impacts that affect the living cost of low skills people (Autor, 2003). His Transcendentalism is the primary function that creates a modern capacity to find the solution to the implications of technology, earning, and skills in the contemporary United States.

David examines the attractive aspect of technology and inequalities action. The vision of David as a public intellectual prepared a vision of future society based on the patriotism of his loyalty. David Autor expresses loyalty across contemporary America and the effects of technology across the society. The ideology of technology was not only political but social and cultural based action plan. The associates of American rely on the tradition that Autor redefines as shifting manual routine (Stevemack, 2012). The values of technology in the current United States tradition demonstrate declining concepts of the job market. David analyses how the technology vision was rooted in different parts of loyalty, a focus that involved education demands. He argued that initially, traditional manual input supported different groups who lack education. According to his argument, the people's equality

values are lacking personal liberty and democratic procedure.

David is demonstrating unregulated and free values to society. The dominion realized that technology is a fixed process that human agency follows deliberately with limited natural principles. Human destiny is a large product of efforts that society shapes only with intelligent governance. In that sense, the forces behind this aspect may be administering the human efforts (Acemoglu & Autor, 2011). David transformed the foundation of technology in his edition and examined how it could be useful or harmful to the current world. David Autor explored technology and the labor market as an achievement that effectively enables concluding with observations under moral and political implication in the current United States. David illuminates great achievement through public intellectual platforms. It was complex with human life understanding that liberty can influence differences and conflicts in the labor market (Autor, 2003). Besides, it allows contemplation of relevant achievements from other public intellectuals in the twenty-first century.

David's public intellectual demonstrates patriotism. He manages to develop ideology towards competitive technology for the future United States. Perhaps, it is a technological critic that Autor possesses in public as a comprehensive factor of workers that can be established in a rightful manner and in intellectual pre-chronological aspects of American society. The work focuses on forward time and backward period (Stevemack, 2012). He poses back up the existing rules of labor in the globe showing the arising technological development and the country. As a public intellectual focus, it aimed at providing the fundamental view of the effects of the technology process on humanity. It eliminates the alternatives that may break the natural law and stated the positive debate that justifies modernity for the sake of the United States instead of humanity. Through his tradition, David demonstrated significant needs and demands for his national labor. He was affirmative towards the evaluation of technological law and how effective it could help people. The application of David in values of the democratic expression showed a big concern to workers with highly valued concern the United States (Stevemack, 2016). Theoretically, the work demonstrates the transcend goals of reminding Americans of something prosperous in the transformation effects to the social tradition
